Do your mattresses come with a guarantee?

All of our mattresses come with a 3 year guarantee, however if you purchase a Mattress Protector while checking out, we will extend your guarantee to 5 years! Please contact us as soon as possible if you're not happy with your mattress.

 

Do you deliver UK wide?

Yes - please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders 7 days a week. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days from the order date depending on where in the UK and what type of shipping is selected at checkout.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email or call us as soon as possible. Cancellations are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders 7 days a week. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days from the order date. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery day. The delivery day will normally be within 1-3 days from the order date depending on where you are in the UK.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned mattress or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
